Purpose

This policy outlines the acceptable use of IRCTC servers provided by Nivohost. It clarifies that these servers are strictly for legitimate IRCTC-related activities, primarily assisting authorized agents and users in ticket booking where network availability is limited. Nivohost takes no responsibility for any illegal use of these servers.

1. Permitted Use

Servers are intended solely for:

• Legitimate IRCTC ticket booking by licensed agents and authorized users.
• Complying with all applicable laws and IRCTC guidelines.
• Enhancing network availability for legal purposes only.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
  • Using bots or automation to book tickets unfairly.
  • Fraudulent bookings, ticket scalping, or ticket black marketing.
  • Any activity violating the terms of service of IRCTC or applicable laws.
• Sharing server access with unauthorized users.
• Hosting or distributing malicious software.

3. Enforcement

Nivohost reserves the right to enforce this policy:

• Permanent Ban: Any user found engaging in illegal activities will receive a permanent ban from Nivohost services.
• Account Suspension: If illegal activity is detected, the hosting account will be immediately suspended without prior notice.
• No Liability: Nivohost is not responsible for the actions of users who misuse IRCTC servers. All responsibility for legal compliance rests with the user.

4. Reporting Violations

Users or authorities may report suspicious or illegal activities by emailing abuse@nivohost.com. Nivohost will cooperate fully with law enforcement and IRCTC authorities to investigate and resolve violations.

5. Agreement

By using Nivohost IRCTC servers, users agree to abide by this policy. Users acknowledge that failure to comply may result in service termination, permanent bans, and possible legal action.
